Join Master Gardener Michael Klein and me, his assistant, at this upcoming Sunday’s Container Gardening class at the SF Main Library.
With containers you can grow food, flowers, herbs and more! Master Gardener Michael Klein will discuss planting options, irrigation options, location options, microclimates and all things related to container gardening in San Francisco.
Michael Klein joined the University of California's Master Gardeners of San Mateo & San Francisco program in 2011. He has conducted pruning and grafting clinics and he became an Edible Landscape Trainer in 2012. He has spoken at gardening events on topics such as Alliums, Container Gardening, and Shade Maps. Michael has attended cooking classes around the world and his garden includes many unique herbs, vegetables, tropical fruits and flowers.
